A BSP is the intermediary your WhatsApp goes through.

As soon as you start talking about the WhatsApp API the acronym BSP appears and nobody explains it. It is the authorized provider through which your number gets connected. Knowing who yours is is not optional: your number, your templates and — the day you want to change — how hard it is to leave, all depend on them.
