Data deletion

You can ask us to delete or correct your personal data by writing to hola@chultun.com. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and confirm the outcome in writing within 10 business days at most. Any refusal is explained in writing. The entity responsible for this process is CONSULTORA Y COMERCIALIZADORA VIAL, S.A.S. de C.V. (Legal notice).

Tell us your name, the business you talked to and the channel (Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp). If the business works with Odoo, your messages, contact and opportunity live in its Odoo: we handle the deletion together with the business and confirm it to you. If not, your conversations are stored encrypted in Chultún: we delete them ourselves, inform the business and confirm it to you. In either case you can also ask the business directly. Conversations stored in Chultún are also deleted on their own 30 days after the last message.

You can remove the application from your Facebook account (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites). For applications you have already removed, Facebook offers the "Send Request" button to request data deletion; you can also write to us directly and we will do it. Removing the application prevents you from signing in with Facebook again, but it does not by itself delete your Chultún account: if you want to delete it, ask us as explained below.

Write to us from the email of your account, or from the email of the Google or Facebook account you sign in with, and we verify that it is you. We delete your name, your email, all your sign-in methods (Google, Facebook or email code), your sessions, the browsers we had recognized and the invitations you had sent that nobody used, within the following 30 days. Your activity log is left without any data that identifies you and is deleted after 13 months.

If you are the only owner of a business with a team, you first have to name another owner or ask us to delete the business as well. If you only want to remove one of your sign-in methods, you can do so as long as you have another one left.

An account that belongs to no business and does not sign in for 12 months is closed on its own, and its personal data is deleted.

Write to us from the account of an owner of the business and we verify your identity. Within the following 30 days we disconnect your channels and delete your registration — credentials, identifiers of your Pages and accounts, the phone number or email you designated, operating parameters —, the conversations and contacts stored in Chultún, the information you uploaded for your assistant and the business's team with its invitations. The keys we encrypted your data with are destroyed, so that no copy can be read. We tell you how to remove the integration from your Pages on Facebook (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → Active → Remove). The data that lives in your Odoo is yours and stays there.

• Tax receipts, for as long as the law requires.
• Technical logs, for a maximum of 30 days.
• A record that the deletion was carried out and when, without your personal data.
• The system's backups, until they expire; what was encrypted is unreadable in them because its keys were destroyed.

Everything else is deleted. If you have questions about the status of your request, reply to the same email you sent it from.
