Is Odoo suitable for my company size?
It works from very small to fairly large, because you start with the apps you need. The signal is not size: it is how often you re-enter the same data.
Does it require programming?
For most operations, no: it is configured. Programming is the last resort, not the first.
And if I only want the CRM?
Perfectly valid, and it is how many start. The other apps are added when needed.
